U-DOO by Wirefly allows you to build custom avatars and select a message for the characters to speak.It´s very easy to use:
1-Choose an avatar character from among 20 options. Facial features, hair color, clothing, accessories and background can be modified and personalized.
2-Add custom audio to your talking avatar. You can choose between pre-recorded files or record the audio by phone, but it´s better you type a message using text-to-speech tool.
3-Send your creation to a friend or get the Html code if you want to publish it on your blogs.
